2009: Cycle a century, run a half marathon, bike 2500 miles, cycle up OLH in < 25 minutes. 2010: Run a marathon, cycle up OLH in < 20 minutes, ride in a double century

Tuesday; 30 minute run
Just a short run along Steven's Creek Trail in the morning; got up late because I forgot to set the alarm. New tracking device, so need to get calibrated.
